What’s UP?

Well the heat of July is on us but the jugglers are still meeting every Tuesday evening around 7:30 PM.  You will find them by the tennis courts at Parsippany Troy Hills High School.  Go to the club information button for directions. If the jugglers aren't there wait a bit we dribble in over time:)

Many of our professional jugglers are working at different events throughout the year but the summer is especially busy.  I will try to post the public events for you as I learn of them. I am not sure what format to use yet.

One I do know is Funnybone Juggling and Entertainment will be performing at the Champion of the Grill Event September 21, 2008 form 12 -5:30 PM at the Sussex County Fairgrounds.

One of the great things about juggling is we have juggling festivals where we can share skills, attend workshops, meet up with friends and see shows.  I will be adding a festival button to the list on the left in the near future.  In the meantime I hope the following list will help you in planning your travel and participation in these festivals.

A couple of hints, there are reserved rooms but they do run out so make your reservation soon.  With the unpredictable airfares you might want to lock in a low fare now.  If you want to go earlier and have a couple of days to bum around LV or the Valley of Fire (personal favorite) tell the reservation people or Jason so you can extend the special room rates.  If you are going to stay on the strip you don’t need to rent a car there is a bus from the airport to all the hotels most everything else is within walking distance.

Marty and Ellie have made the trip a few times so if you want to discuss it or ask about sites to see, just ask them.
